I’ve been enjoying Misfits Market mostly because it makes grocery shopping feel a bit more interesting and purposeful. I like having access to organic produce and the random specialty items I don’t always find at my usual store, it kind of turns a regular grocery order into a little discovery moment. The prices feel fair overall, though I do run into things being out of stock sometimes. Still, I appreciate the idea behind it, and it’s been a good way for me to mix up my routine while still getting decent, organic options.

"Customer service needs to take responsibility"
I reached out for help and it took days to get a response, which was already frustrating. When they finally did reply, my issue still wasn’t really fixed. I understand things can get busy, but customers shouldn’t be left waiting with no real solution. They need to be more accountable and actually follow through when someone asks for support.

"Usually shows up when it’s supposed to"
I’ve been using Misfits Market for a few months now, and for the most part, the deliveries show up around when they say they will. The tracking is straightforward, and I like getting the texts so I know when this stuff is on the way.
There was one time where the box came a day late, but everything was still fine, so it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it’s been reliable for weekly groceries and all that, just not totally perfect every single time.

"Inventory is usually spot on"
I’ve ordered from Misfits Market a handful of times now, the inventory has been accurate to what actually shows up in my box. Every now and then something is out of stock or gets swapped, which is a little annoying, but they usually let me know before it ships. Not perfect, but compared to some other grocery delivery sites I’ve tried, don’t even get me started, it’s definitely better. I’d give it 4 stars

Most of the boxes come with plenty of stuff, which is great. Every now and then it feels like they add a bunch of those little items, and it can be a bit much, if you know what I mean.

I’ve ordered from Misfits Market a few times now, and honestly, the meat and seafood have been better than I expected. The chicken was fresh, the steaks cooked up really nicely, and the salmon didn’t have that weird fishy smell — always a relief. Everything showed up cold and packed well, and the prices feel fair too. No complaints so far, I’ll definitely keep ordering...

"Good Prices, Mostly Worth It"
Overall, I’d say it’s a good value. The prices are definitely one of the main reasons I keep coming back, and I have saved some money compared to shopping elsewhere. That said, not every item is a winner—some are just okay or a bit meh. Still, for the most part, it’s worth checking out if you’re trying to be budget-conscious

Got my box today the avocados, bananas, and pears was just about perfect. Nothing was rock hard or all mushy like I’ve had happen before. Everything tasted fresh, so I’m happy with this one

"Helpful updates, maybe more than I expected"
I’ve been happy with how Misfits Market keeps me in the loop. I get emails and texts about when my box is coming, when it ships, and if something changes. I wasn’t sure at first if all the notifications would feel like too much, but they’ve been useful.

It makes it a lot easier to plan around the delivery, and I’m not sitting there wondering where my order ended up. It’s a simple thing, and maybe I’m overthinking how much it matters, but it really does make the whole process feel smoother.

"Pantry items have been reliable"
I’ve mostly been ordering pantry stuff from here, and it’s been solid so far. Things like pasta, snacks, and sauces have all shown up fresh, not stale or weird, if that makes sense. A couple of the boxes were a little dented, but the food inside was totally fine. The prices seem fair too, so I’ll probably keep ordering whenever I need to restock.

I’ve been happy with the membership overall, and skipping weeks is simple, which I really appreciate. Reading between the lines, it feels like they make the minimum order just high enough that I end up adding a couple extra things I wasn’t planning on. Not a dealbreaker, but a little annoying when I’m trying to keep it to just what I need

I was happy with how easy it was to skip a box when I didn’t need one. It only took a few seconds, which I really appreciated. Canceling wasn’t too difficult either, though I did have to poke around a little more than I expected. Overall, I’m satisfied with the experience, but the cancellation process could be a bit more straightforward.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first?? But the fruits and veggies ended up being way better than I thought!!! A few were a little oddly shaped here and there, but honestly... who cares?! Everything was fresh, tasted great, and I was actually really happy with it!!

"Fresh produce and really convenient"
I’ve ordered from Misfits Market a handful of times now, and overall I’ve been happy with it. The produce usually shows up looking fresh, especially the leafy greens and veggies like zucchini, carrots, and bell peppers. I had a couple of apples arrive slightly bruised once, but they were still totally usable and not a big deal. I’ve been pleasantly surprised that the greens usually last several days in my fridge without getting slimy right away. It’s not a perfect box every single time, but for the price, the quality, and the convenience of having it delivered, I’d say it’s been worth it

"Felt a little rushed, but the credits came through"
I was kind of stressed and felt a bit pressured when I realized some stuff was missing, but the refund process was actually smooth. The credits showed up fast and I didn’t have to chase it too much, which was a relief.
